Here are some of the most common questions our customers ask about Oshvik lamps.
When will my order be delivered?
Our lamps are made-to-order, so production takes approximately 1–2 days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days. We don’t keep excess stock, every piece is 3D printed and hand assembled, intentionally just for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your product is shipped, a tracking link and your shipping confirmation will be sent via SMS / email.
What happens if there’s a delay in delivery?
If your lamp hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@oshvik.in. We’ll promptly check the status of your order and ensure it gets delivered to your doorstep.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Shipping damages are fully covered. Please contact us at support@oshvik.in with clear photos of the packaging, broken part and details within 7 days of your package’s arrival. We’ll arrange a replacement and have it sent out within 7 days.
As our lamps are made to order, we do not keep ready stock. Replacement parts will be crafted from scratch with the same care and quality.

What materials are used to craft these pieces?
Our products are made from polylactic acid, also known as "PLA", which is derived from natural plant-based materials like sugarcane and cornstarch.
